| The acceptable flow rate for DE filters is 2 gpm/sq ft. The filter surface area should be double checked since the flow rate has increase significantly. Flow rates above 2 gpm/sq ft. can damage the filter. Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (Lawson MLD-FGD-1212) were installed on 5-21-19. The covers have a 10 year life span and must be replaced before 5-21-29. The operator was observed performing onsite chemical tests appropriately |
