The licensee /authorized representative was not recording water quality information in the required frequency as set forth in this rule. No recorded information was observed on 1/16, 1/17, 1/18/2018.
Water quality parameters must be tested before the spa is open and every 12 hours of opertion. Information must be written and recorded on the weekly operation report.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Repeat Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(d) / Flow or pressure switch with a shut off valve shall be provided and tested monthly.
Critical Flow switch for the ACC was not tested monthly and recorded.
Have the ACC flow switch tested monthly and record the results on the operation report.
