3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iii) / pH is tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
pH was not tested daily at pool side and/or at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features.
pH must be tested prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(c) / SVRS/APSOS/ACC test results/ service records are maintained
SVRS test results/ service records were not maintained. No record of Safety Vacuum Release System (SVRS) being tested monthly.
The test results/service records for these devices must be kept on site for review. If the device has not been recently serviced, have the device tested immediately and provide documentation of the test results.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. pH at 8
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
