3701-31-04 (B)(6)(q) / Depth markers/deck warning signs are maintained
Depth markers/deck warning signs were not maintained in a clearly legible/visible manner. -The depth makers are faded and some are difficult to read. PROMPTLY REPAINT OR REPLACE THE DEPTH MARKERS.
Replace the depth markers/deck warning signs so that bathers are able to clearly see the depth of the water and that no diving is permitted where clearly indicated.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(d) / Flow or pressure switch with a shut off valve shall be provided and tested monthly.
Critical Flow or pressure switch for a shut off valve was not provided or the unit was not tested monthly. -There was no flow switch installed on the unit, so the ACC is not being tested monthly. -The operator reports that the flow switch was ordered, but it is not yet installed.
Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced with a unit that has a flow or pressure switch with an automatic shut off valve. Provide records indicating that the unit is being tested monthly.
