Our records show that the main drain suction outlet cover (Hayward WG1048E) was installed 3/23/2016. The cover has a 7 year life span and must be replaced before 3/23/2023.

Update the chemicals’ Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and keep available and have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as chemical gloves and goggles available for handling chemicals.

Keep daily records. Start recording on the log sheets ASAP.
