Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation. REPLACE THE FLOW METER IF THE EXISTING ONE IS NOT FOR THE RIGHT SIZED PIPE. BLUE-WHITE DOES MAKE A PILOT TUBE FLOW METER FOR A 6 INCH PIPE. Correct By: 14-Jul-2020

Repeat Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm.

Comments
-Keep the chemicals’ Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) in the equipment room and have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as chemical gloves and goggles available for handling chemicals.

-The Certificate of Compliance was not available for the main drain cover. One was supplied to operator at the time of inspection. Keep a copy at the facility for future review.

-Our records show that the main drain suction outlet cover (AquaStar WAV 9) was installed 5/1/2016. The cover has a 5 year life span and must be replaced before 5/1/2021.

KEEP A CLOSE EYE ON THE CHLORINE LEVELS.
