Repeat Depth markers/deck warning signs were not maintained in a clearly legible/visible manner.

-KEEP EAST SIDE GATE LATCHED AND/OR LOCKED.
-A SHELF OR RACK SHOULD BE USED TO STORE THE CHEMICALS IN BAGS. EVEN THOUGH THE CHEMICAL BAG WAS PLACED IN A PLASTIC BAG, IT STILL MAY LEAK AND GET WET IF ITS ON THE FLOOR.
-IF MORE THAN ONE GUARD IS ONE DUTY AT THE SAME TIME THEY SHOULD BE SIMILARLY DRESSED.
