All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. REPAIR THE VALVE ON THE ACC TEST CELL.

Repeat Perimeter barrier had gaps greater than 4 inches. A gap (hole) in the fence more than 4 inches is present on the east side of the fence and the fence can be lifted off the ground more than 4 inches because the chain link is not attached at the bottom of the posts.
Repair the perimeter barrier so that there are not any gaps greater than 4 inches anywhere along the barrier. REPAIR FENCE ON THE EAST SIDE AND WHERE NEEDED.
