"WATER TESTING AND RECORD KEEPING", "CRITICAL OPERATIONAL ITEMS", AND CDC FECAL ACCIDENT RESPONSE HANDOUTS WERE SUPPLIED TO THE OPERATOR AND REVIEWED TO ENSURE THAT THE OPERATOR IS KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE REQUIRED CHEMISTRY LEVELS, CRITICAL ITEMS WHERE THE POOL MUST CLOSE, AND HOW TO RESPOND TO A FECAL ACCIDENT. THE OPERATOR SEEMED AWARE OF THESE ITEMS.

Our records show that Hyward WG1032BHF drain covers were installed 5-8-2017.The drain covers have a 7 yr life span and must be replaced before 5-8-2024.

Corrections that have been made since the 6-11-18 inspection
-reportedly the chlorine feeder is not new. therefore a ERN is not required
-the chlorine level is acceptable
-the ACC and SVRS are tested and test resulted are recorded monthly

Issues that still need to be discussed
-the gap air on the filter backwash line
-the NO DIVING signs on the deck

The flow meter is hard to read, but it appeared that the flow reading was 275 gpm which is less than the 314 gpm requirement. Please check the flow reading to ensure that the required flow is met.
