The free chlorine was 2.4 and the pH was 7.4, so the ORP reading should have been in the 750 range. CLEAN THE FLOW METER. TEST THE CHLORINE AND PH EVERY 4 HOURS UNTIL THE ACC IS FUNCTIONING PROPERLY.
Correct By: 26-Jun-2023
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(k) / Chemical storage or use shall not result in imminent health hazard.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f) / Required turnover rates are sufficient
Corrected During Inspection Required turnover rates were not met. -Observed the flow rate was 55, which was below the required minium rate of 67 to achieve the proper turnover rate. -PIC backwashed the filters during the inspection, and the flow rate was increased to 90 gpm.

3701-31-04 (D)(7)(d) / Flow or pressure switch with a shut off valve shall be provided and tested monthly.
Critical Flow or pressure switch for a shut off valve was not provided or the unit was not tested monthly. -Observed the flow switch was clogged with debris, and it is not being tested monthly. CLEAN THE FLOW SWITCH AND TEST THE SWITCH MONTHLY TO ENSURE THE ACC IS OPERATING CORRECTLY.
