| The pool is still not open. Before reopening correct the following: -the chlorine level is 0 ppm. Adjust the Free chlorine to 1 ppm or more. -the pH level is 8. Adjust pH to between 7.2 and 7.8. -the reagents in the test kit are outdated. Buy a new test kit with fresh reagents. -the flow meter is stuck/not functioning. Repair the flow meter. -the Stingel switch is not turned on. Turn on the Stingel switch and test. Test Stingel switch monthly. -the deck is dirty. Clean the deck. |
