[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. -Observed the free clorine were only being tested once per day.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii) / Combined chlorine is tested daily at pool side prior to use
Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use. -Observed the combine chlorine is only being recorded once per day.
Test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use.

pH was not tested daily at pool side and/or at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. -Observed the pH is only being recorded once per day.
If ACC is in use pH must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. .

Comments
-The pool is open for 14 hours at a time. The owner of the facility stated that the pool chemistry is tested twice a day, but the records are only being kept for once per day.
-Discussed using the water chemistry record keeping sheet more effectively. Record both testing times for the day under the of the week. Use one sheet per week. There should be two entries for every day. Date the sheets for the week that it is used.
-Note that the flow meter reading was at the maximum allowable level for this system. Do not exceed 48 gallons per minute.
