3701-31-04 (B)(1)(a) / Outlet covers shall be installed/secured/in compliance
Critical Repeat Outlet covers were not secured.
Do not operate the pool when the outlet covers are not secured. Secure the covers prior to the pool being placed back into operation. REPLACE THE MISSING SCREW IN THE MAIN DRAIN COVER.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation. OPERATOR TREATED THE WATER AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION. FREE CHLORINE LEVEL WAS 9 PPM AFTER TREATMENT.

Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications.
All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. REDUCE THE FLOW RATE TO 55 GPM TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO THE FILTER. Correct By: 24-Aug-2023
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(q) / Depth markers/deck warning signs are maintained
Repeat Depth markers/deck warning signs were not maintained in a clearly legible/visible manner.
Replace the depth markers/deck warning signs so that bathers are able to clearly see the depth of the water and that no diving is permitted where clearly indicated. REPLACE THE MISSING DEPTH MARKING TILE.
