3701-31-04 (A) / Approval shall be obtained for any construction or alterations of a public swimming pool.
Repeat Pumps were replaced without obtaining approval from the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) and do not match original approval to operate.
Contact ODH to obtain approval for any construction/alterations before operating pool.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(i) / A means of determining rate-of-flow on all water pumps
Repeat A means of determining rate-of-flow was not found for all water pumps.
Properly install a flow meter or install vacuum and pressure gauge and have a pump curve available for every water pump used for the pool.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8 Treat to pH is within the acceptable range. .
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range. Correct By: 07-Feb-2020

Repeat Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm.
