| Our records show that the main drain suction outlet cover (Lawson MLD-FGD-1818) was installed 3/13/2020. The cover has a 10 year life span and must be replaced before 3/13/2030. Maximum flow rating is 816 gpm Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are kept in the equipment room and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), chemical gloves and goggles, are available for handling chemicals. The operator was observed performing onsite chemical tests appropriately and is aware of the acceptable parameters and necessary corrective actions. The operator was observed performing tests and is knowledgeable of the Automatic Chemical Controller flow switch function. NO VIOLATIONS OBSERVED |
