3701-31-04 (B)(1)(a) / Outlet covers shall be installed/secured/in compliance
Critical Outlet covers were not secured. -Observed a missing screw in one of the drain covers. PIC reports the hole was stripped the last time the pool was resurfaced.
Do not operate the pool when the outlet covers are not secured. Secure the covers prior to the pool being placed back into operation.

Comments
-Observed the sand had been replaced in the filter, and the small "filter balls" were removed. Observed the water chemistry to be in an acceptable range, and the water was clear.
-The lock on the door to the pool was observed to be broken, and the PIC reports they are keeping the pool voluntarily closed until the door is fixed.
-No further follow-up required.
