Backflow prevention devices were not maintained to function properly
Have the backflow prevention device evaluated or replaced so that backflow is prevented. -Backflow prevention device has no inspection documentation. Backflow prevention devices should be inspected yearly.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(t) / Equipment/chemical/storage areas are free of hazards/accessible only to authorized personnel.
Critical Chemical storage in pool area is unsecure.
Lock on pool chemical door malfunction. Replace lock as soon as posible to secure chemical storage located at pool side.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range. -Observed spa water pH above 8.0 ppm
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Repeat Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm. -Observed total alkatinty at 40 ppm.
3701-31-04 (D)(8)(c) / Test kit reagents fresh/ properly stored.
Test kit reagents were not fresh or stored properly.
Obtain fresh reagents and store them properly.
