All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request. TEST AND RECORD FREE, COMBINE, AND TOTAL CHLORINE AND pH EVERY 4 HRS, WATER TEMP DAILY, AND ALKALINITY AND CYANURIC ACID ONCE A WEEK.

Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve. INCREASE THE FLOW RATE TO AT LEAST 106 GPM BUT LEAST THAN 123 GPM.

Repeat The pool was closed but the "WARNING or DANGER - POOL CLOSED" sign(s) were not posted.
Post the "WARNING or DANGER - POOL CLOSED" sign at all times the pool is not available for use. ADD THE WORD WARMING OR DANGER TO YOUR POOL CLOSED SIGN.
