Remove all cross connection hazards from the pool area. CUT OR REMOVE THE BLACK HOSE ON THE FILL SPOUT TO PROVIDE AN AIR GAP.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Repeat Gates or doors were not self-closing and latches.
Repair gates or doors in order to be self-closing and lockable. MODIFY THE GATE LATCH SO IT WILL LATCH ON ITS OWN WHEN THE GATE CLOSES.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Repeat Perimeter barrier had gaps greater than 4 inches.
Repair the perimeter barrier so that there are not any gaps greater than 4 inches anywhere along the barrier. REPAIR HOLES IN THE FENCE.
3701-31-04 (D)(05) / Cyanuric acid level shall not exceed 70 ppm.
Repeat Cyanuric acid level exceeded 70 ppm
Drain the pool at least halfway and fill with clean water. Monitor the amount of cyanuric acid being used and adjust accordingly. DRAIN PART OF THE POOL WATER TO LOWER THE CYA. HIGH LEVELS OF CYA INTERFERE WITH THE DISINFECTING PROPERTIES OF CHLORINE.

Equipment requiring ODH plan approval has been replaced since the inventory report dated 6-9-21 without approval from ODH. The bromine disinfection chemical feeder Hayward C250 CF was replaced with a sodium hypochlorite feeder Flex Flo A1N10A-7T, then replaced with a Stenner 45M5 since the 6-2-22 inventory inspection.
