All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. REPLACE THE WEIRS IN THE SKIMMERS.

Repeat Backwash lines and lines from drainage sumps did not have an air gap prior to discharge
Open the lines that discharge into the backwash or drainage sumps so that there is an air gap and the lines can drain freely. INSTALL AN AIR GAP ON THE DRAIN FROM THE FILTERS

Repeat The unguarded pool was in use without the "Children must be supervised" and/or "Swimming alone is not recommended" signs posted.
Post the "Children must be supervised" and/or "Swimming Alone is Not Recommended" signs at all times the pool is available for use. POST A SIGN STATING "SWIMMING ALONE IS NOT RECOMMENDED"
