| It was noted during the inspection that the drain line for the filter back wash discharge is located discharging onto the ground behind the pump room. The only way this discharge is permitted is with a letter from the OEPA granting permission. This office does not have a copy of this letter, so please provide a copy. If there is no letter the two options left available to you are: 1) Obtain a letter from OEPA granting permission or 2) connect the waste line to a sanitary sewer or semi - public waste treatment system. This needs to be investigated and corrected before the 2019 pool season. |
