| Documentation of the ASSE 1013 backflow preventer’s annual inspection is available at the pool facility for review. Chemical feeder pumps are not mounted above each other which will help prevent chemical accidents. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are kept in the equipment room and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), chemical gloves and goggles, are available for handling chemicals. The Certificate of Compliance for the main drain covers is available in the equipment room. Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (Lawson MLD-FGD-1818) were installed 3/13/2020. The covers have a 10 year life span and must be replaced before 3/13/2030. The operator was observed performing onsite chemical tests appropriately and is aware of the acceptable parameters and necessary corrective actions |
