Keep the chemicals’ Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) in the equipment room and have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as chemical gloves and goggles available for handling chemicals.

The Certificate of Compliance for the main drain cover is available in the equipment room. Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (AVSCO A+A Manu AAMFG 832) were installed 5/23/2017. The covers have a 7 year life span and must be replaced before 5/23/2024.

The operator was observed performing onsite chemical tests appropriately and is aware of the acceptable parameters and necessary corrective actions.
