Repeat Ladders were not in good repair. Ladders loose.
Repair or replace the ladders/stairs/steps so that they are slip resistant and in good repair. REPAIR LADDERS SO THAT THEY CAN BE MAINTAINED TIGHT AND STEADY. Correct By: 10-Sep-2022
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Repeat Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm. ADJUST ALKALINITY.
