The front gates were not self-closing and self-latching.
Install gates or doors in order to be self-closing, self-latching and lockable. PLEASE CHECK WITH THE OHIO DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH (614-466-1390) ON THEIR REQUIREMENTS, IF ANY, FOR PLAN REVIEW. THE GATE MUST BE AT LEAST 48 INCHES TALL WITH THE ACTUATING DEVISE AT LEAST 38 INCHES FROM THE GROUND. Correct By: 01-Jun-2022
