Repeat The operating water level of the pool was not maintained. Water level was more than 1 inch over the gutters. Water was at the top of the pool rim.

Lifeguards did not have direct line of sight of all useable areas of the pool surface and bottom. The lifeguard was sitting in a lounge chair back from the edge of the pool.
Provide more lifeguards so that all areas of the pool surface and bottom can be within a lifeguards direct line of sight. GUARDS MUST BE STATIONED AT THE EDGE OF THE POOL SO THEY CAN SEE THE POOL BOTTOM RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM. Correct By: 11-Jul-2017
