Repeat A means of determining rate-of-flow was not found for all water pumps. The flow meter does not appear to be located properly.
Properly install a flow meter or have a pump curve available for every water pump used for the pool. THE FLOW METER DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE A BLUE WHITE F-300 AND SHOULD HAVE 10 TIMES THE DIAMETER OF THE PIPE (20") DOWNSTREAM AND 4 TIMES THE DIAMETER OF THE PIPE UPSTREAM FROM TURNS IN THE PIPE (OR OTHER CONNECTIONS). INSTALL A F-300 OR ADD A LENGTH OF PIPE TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLOW METER AND INSTALL PROPERLY.

Secondary means of entrapment/evisceration prevention was not provided. The main drains are 16 inches apart.
Submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health for review and approval for the secondary means that will be employed on the pool. AN SVRS MUST BE INSTALLED OR THE MAIN DRAINS MUST BE RECONSTRUCTED TO BE AT LEAST 36 INCHES APART. PLANS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE OHIO DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND APPROVED FIRST. Correct By: 01-Apr-2018
