Comments
The operator was observed performing onsite chemical tests appropriately and is aware of the acceptable parameters and necessary corrective actions.

The Certificate of Compliance for the main drain covers is available in the equipment room. Our records show that the main drain suction outlet cover (New Water Solutions DS 360) was installed 4-7-22. The cover has a 5 year life span and must be replaced before 4-7-27.

Keep the chemicals’ Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in the equipment room and have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as chemical gloves and goggles available for handling chemicals.

Pool light should be repaired.
