Comments
Since the pool is used primarily as a therapy pool and the pool is located at a medical facility, the local health department decided that the water temperature can exceed 90 degrees, if no health or safety hazards exist and no strenuous activity takes place in the pool. This decision is subject to review and change. If the pool is used exclusively as a therapy pool, no license is required from the local health department.

Equipment requiring ODH plan approval has been replaced since the last inventory report dated 3-24-21 without submitting an ERN to ODH. The Disinfection chemical feeder pump LMI Milton Roy A141-918SI was replaced with a LMI Milton Roy PD041-928SI.
