Perimeter barrier had gaps greater than 4 inches.
Repair the perimeter barrier so that there are not any gaps greater than 4 inches anywhere along the barrier. ELIMINATE GAP UNDER FENCE AT SOUTH WEST CORNER AND ANY OTHER LOCATION WHERE GAP IS GREATER THAN 4 INCHES BETWEEN THE GROUND AND THE BOTTOM OF THE FENCE. Correct By: 13-Jul-2022
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(d) / Flow or pressure switch with a shut off valve shall be provided and tested monthly.
Critical Flow or pressure switch for a shut off valve was not provided or the unit was not tested monthly
Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced with a unit that has a flow or pressure switch with an automatic shut off valve. Provide records indicating that the unit is being tested monthly. RECORD ON THE WEEKLY LOG SHEET THE ACC FLOW SWITCH TEST. Correct By: 01-Jul-2022

Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are kept in the lifeguard room and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), chemical gloves and goggles, are available for handling chemicals.


The operator was observed performing onsite chemical tests appropriately and is aware of the acceptable parameters and necessary corrective actions.

The Certificate of Compliance for the main drain cover(s) is/are available in the lifeguard room. Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (AquaStar WAV12/Hayward WG1032 ) were installed on 5-20-19. The covers have a 5/7 year life span and must be replaced before 5-20-24/5-20-26.
