3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e) / Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) shall function properly.
Critical Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection. The ACC flow switch is not working.
Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation. REPAIR THE ACC FLOW SWITCH. THE SENSORS SHOULD BE CLEANED AND RECALCITRATED TOO. Correct By: 04-Aug-2021
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f) / Required turnover rates are sufficient
Repeat Required turnover rates were not met.
Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve. INCREASE FLOW RATE TO AT LEAST 408 GPM

pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.

THE ACID FEEDER IS NOT WORKING. THAT MAY EXPLAIN WHY THE pH IS SO HIGH. THE CHLORINE LEVEL IS VERY HIGH, WHICH ALSO RAISES THE pH. AT LEAST 30 LBS OF BAKING SODA (SODIUM BICARBONATE) IS NEEDED TO RAISE THE ALKALINITY TO 100 PPM WHICH IS IDEAL. MORE MAY BE NEEDED WHEN THE MURIATIC ACID PUMP IS FIXED AND FEEDING
