All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request. TEST AND RECORD WATER TEMP DAILY AND AUTOMATIC CHEMICAL CONTROLLER FLOW SWITCH MONTHLY.

Repeat The far side gate is not secure.
MAKE THE GATE SECURE AGAINST CHILD ENTRY.

-free chlorine level is 1 ppm
-the emergency phone is labeled with "call 911 in case of emergency"
-a new pressure gauge has been ordered for the filter

IF THE MOTOR ONLY WAS REPLACED AND IT DOES NOT CHANGE THE FLOW RATE THEN AN EQUIPMENT REPLACE NOTIFICATION IS NOT NECESSARY. IF THE PUMP WAS REPLACED AN EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT NOTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.
