Critical Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection. The flow switch safety device does not turn off the chemcial feeder when there is no flow.
Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation. THIS IS A CRITICAL OPERATION ITEM AND POSES AN IMMENIENT HEALTH HAZARD. THE OPERATOR INDICATED ON THE WEEKLY LOG SHEET THAT THIS SAFETY FEATURE IS CHECKED WEEKLY. HOWEVER, THE FLOW SWITCH DID NOT WORK LAST MOUNTH AND DOES NOT WORK AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION. THIS NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED IMMEDIATELY.

Repeat 12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole with Shepherd's crook was not provided at the guarded pool.
Provide the non-telescopic reach pole at the pool at all times. PROVIDE A REACH POLE WITH A SHEPHERD'S CROOK.
