| IF THE MAIN DRAIN FRAME IS BROKEN OR CRACKED OR IF THE FRAME IS MISSING A SCREW ANCHOR IT MUST BE REPLACED. ALL SCREWS MUST BE IN PLACED IN THE DRAIN COVER AS INSTRUCTED BY THE MANUFACTURER. The Certificate of Compliance for the main drain cover is available in the equipment room. Our records have been updated to show that the main drain suction outlet covers (Waterway 640-472xV) were installed 10-19-21. The covers have a 7 year life span and must be replaced before 10-19-28. Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are kept in the equipment room and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), chemical gloves are available for handling chemicals. Goggles should also be available when handling chemicals. The operator was observed performing onsite chemical tests appropriately and is aware of the acceptable parameters and necessary corrective actions. |
