The operator was observed performing onsite chemical tests appropriately and is aware of the acceptable parameters and necessary corrective actions. The Certificate of Compliance is not available for the main drain cover. One was supplied to operator at the time of inspection. Keep a copy at the facility for future review. Our records show that the main drain suction outlet cover (Hayward WG1048E) was installed 9-15-2016. The cover has a 7 yr life span and must be replaced by 9-15-2023. The skimmer equalizer line suction outlet cover (Aquastar 4HP) was installed 5-9-18. The cover has a 5 yr life span and must be replaced by 5-9-23
