THE FREE CHLORINE LEVEL WAS .4 UPON FIRST CHECKING. THE OPERATOR IMMEDIATELY ADJUSTED THE ACC AND THE LEVEL ROSE TO 3 PPM WITHIN 30 MINUTES.
