Repeat Required turnover rates were not met.
Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve. IF THE FLOW RATE CANNOT BE INCREASED TO AT LEAST 54 GPM, A NEW PUMP MAY NEED TO BE INSTALLED.

Our record show that the main drain suction outlet cover (New Water Solutions DS 360) was installed on 10/26/2018 . The cover has a 5 life span and must be replaced before 10/26/2023.

Keep the chemicals’ Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) in the equipment room and have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as chemical gloves and goggles available for handling chemicals.
