| Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are kept in the equipment room and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), chemical gloves and goggles, are available for handling chemicals. The Certificate of Compliance for the main drain covers is available in the equipment room. Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (Waterway 640-472xV) were installed 10-19-21. The covers have a 7 year life span and must be replaced before 10-19-28. REMEMBER TO PLACE CAPS ON REAGENT BOTTLES AND TIGHTEN WHEN DONE USING AND CLOSE THE LID ON THE KIT. |
