| This inspection verifies the disinfection chemical feeder equipment replacement is consistent with plans submitted and approved in accordance with OAC 3701-31-05. ERN for the replacement of a chemical feeder was approved by the Ohio Department of Health on 7-19-17 and is on file. The Flex Flo A1N20A-4T was replaced with the Stenner 45M5. The model # was not seen on the new unit but its appearance is the same as a 45M5. |
