3701-31-04 (B)(6) / Equipment is maintained per manufacturers specifications.
Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. -Observed a missing weir door. -Replace the missing weir door.
All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. -Observed the flow meter was not working at the time of inspection. -The operator noted that this is in the process of being repaired/replaced.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(c) / Audible/visual alarm shall activate when unit is malfunctioning or when pH or ORP levels are not acceptable.
Critical The ACC unit was not activating an audible or visual alarm when unit malfunctioned or when pH or ORP levels were not acceptable. -Observed the alarm on the ACC was not activated when the flow switch was turned off.
Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced so that the audible or visual alarm is activated when necessary.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(d) / Flow or pressure switch with a shut off valve shall be provided and tested monthly.
Critical Flow or pressure switch for a shut off valve was not provided or the unit was not tested monthly. -Observed the ACC is not being recorded as being tested monthly.
Provide records indicating that the unit is being tested monthly.

-NOTE THAT THE MAIN DRAIN COVERS EXPIRE AND MUST BE REPLACED PRIOR TO MAY 2024.
-If re-finishing or painting the pool when the main drain covers are replaced, make sure the pool is painted an approved color.
-Condensation was noted in the pool room. Strongly recommend evaluating the ventilation in the room.
-The bathroom soap dispenser was not functional during the inspection. Provide soap in the bathroom at all times.
-Due to two critical violations, a re-inspection will be conducted in approximately a week. Prepare to have all violations corrected at that time.
