[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(4) / The licensee /authorized representative is keeping records
The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records. Water temperature, cyanuric acid, and SVRS function were not recorded.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request. TEST AND RECORD THE WATER TEMPERATURE DAILY, CYANURIC ACID WEEKLY, AND SVRS FUNCTION MONTHLY. Correct By: 07-Jun-2019
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(y) / Chemicals are properly stored/used
Critical Chemical containers were stored in a dangerous manner. The calcium chloride was staked on top of the alkalinity adjusting chemical.
Label and properly store all chemical containers to avoid a chemical reaction or unnecessary exposure. DO NOT STACK DIFFERENT CHEMICALS ON TOP OF EACH OTHER. Correct By: 07-Jun-2019
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(d) / First aid kit provided
First aid equipment was not provided at the pool area.

Comments
Our records show: The main drain suction outlet cover (Hayward WG1048E) was installed 5/15/2018. The cover has a 7 year life span and must be replaced before 5/15/2025.

MONITOR THE CYA LEVEL. CYA MUST BE 70 PPM OR LOWER. THE ONLY WAY TO LOWER CYA IS TO DRAIN PART OF THE POOL WATER AND REFILL WITH FRESH WATER.

When using CYA (cyanuric acid) the alkalinity level is calculated by subtracting 1/3 the CYA level from the alkalinity reading. EXAMPLE: alkalinity test reading = 70 ppm, CYA reading = 70 ppm. Alkalinity is 70 ppm - (70/3) = 57 ppm
