Critical Observed the flow or pressure switch for a shut off valve was not producing an audible or visual warning on the ACC unit when the flow was stopped. It appeared that the flow switch may have been installed upside down.
Have the ACC unit or flow switch serviced or replaced. Provide records indicating that the unit is being tested monthly. Correct By: 14-Mar-2023
