3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. -Observed the pH to be 8.0 during the inspection. Note: Per the operator, a large amount of sodium hypochlorite had been applied to the pool just prior to inspection. ADJUST THE pH TO ENSURE IT IS BETWEEN 7.2 TO 7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(ii) / A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line provided
A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line was not provided at the unguarded pool. Observed there was no ring buoy at the pool. OBTAIN A PROPER FLOTATION DEVICE AND KEEP IT BY THE POOL AT ALL TIMES.
Provide a proper floatation device at all times.

The certificates of compliance for the main drain covers were not available during the inspection. The operator was not sure of the last replacement date. If an installation date can not be found for the main drain covers, they should be replaced.

CDC DOES NOT RECOMMEND CHLORINE LEVELS HIGHER THAN 10 ppm.
