3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Bromine disinfectant residual was less than 4 ppm for the spa
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the bromine disinfectant residual is at 4 ppm or above prior to placing the spa back into operation. THE BROMINE LEVEL WAS ADJUSTED DURING INSPECTION. BROMINE WAS 5 PPM AT THE END OF THE INSPECTION.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Repeat Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm. ADJUST ALKALINITY LEVEL AFTER REFILLING SPA AND AS NEEDED.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(d) / Flow or pressure switch with a shut off valve shall be provided and tested monthly.
Critical Repeat Flow or pressure switch for a shut off valve was not provided or the unit was not tested monthly
Provide records indicating that the unit is being tested monthly. TEST AND RECORD AUTOMATIC CHEMICAL CONTROLLER.
