3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool.
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation. THE OPERATOR IMMEDIATELY CLOSED THE POOL, ADJUSTED THE CHEMICAL FEED RATE AND HAND ADDED CAL HYPO TO THE POOL. THE WATER WAS TESTED AGAIN AFTER 30 MINUTES AND WAS 1.8 PPM. MONITOR THE FREE CHLORINE LEVEL CLOSELY FOR THE NEXT 2 HOURS TO ENSURE THE LEVEL REMAINS ABOVE 1 PPM. Correct By: 18-Jul-2022

Repeat Perimeter barrier had gaps greater than 4 inches.
Repair the perimeter barrier so that there are not any gaps greater than 4 inches anywhere along the barrier. ELIMINATE THE GAP UNDER THE FENCE WHERE IT I GREATER THAN 4 INCHES.
