3701-31-04 (B)(6)(i) / A means of determining rate-of-flow on all water pumps
A means of determining rate-of-flow was not found for all water pumps. -During my inspection of the pump room the main pool flow meter was not reading pump flow.
Properly install a flow meter or have a pump curve available for every water pump used for the pool.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(q) / Depth markers/deck warning signs are maintained
Depth markers/deck warning signs were not maintained in a clearly legible/visible manner. -During my inspection I obsreved that there were "no" depth markers around main pool.
Replace the depth markers/deck warning signs so that bathers are able to clearly see the depth of the water and that no diving is permitted where clearly indicated.
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(a) / "WARNING, NO LIFEGUARD", sign posted
The unguarded pool was in use without the "WARNING, NO LIFEGUARD" sign posted.
Post the WARNING, NO LIFEGUARD sign in a conspicuos location at all times the pool is available for use.
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(b) / "Children must be supervised" or "Swimming alone is not recommended" signs posted
The unguarded pool was in use without the "Children must be supervised" and/or "Swimming alone is not recommended" signs posted.
Post the "Children must be supervised" and/or "Swimming Alone is Not Recommended" signs at all times the pool is available for use.
