Critical Outlet covers were not compliant covers. No cover over the equalizer line
Do not operate the pool without compliant outlet covers. Install compliant outlet covers prior to placing the pool back into operation. PLUG THE EQUALIZER LINE AT THE POOL WALL OR COVER THE OPENING WITH A VGB APPROVED COVER. Correct By: 15-Jul-2021
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool. The pool was not open at the time of the inspection
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation. BECAUSE OF THE HIGH CYA, THE POOL IS BEING DRAINED. AFTER FILLING AND BEFORE REOPENING, ENSURE THAT THE FREE CHLORINE LEVEL IS AT LEAST 1 PPM. POOL WAS NOT OPEN AT THE TIME OF THE INSPECTION AND WILL REMAIN CLOSED UNTIL CORRECTIONS HAVE BEEN MADE. Correct By: 15-Jul-2021
