These storage areas must be kept free of hazards to avoid a serious public health nuisance. REPAIR CHLORINE LEAK. OPERATOR WAS CALLED AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION. OPERATOR CALLED BACK WITHIN 2 HOURS INDICATING THAT THE TUBE WAS REPLACED AND THE LEAK WAS STOPPED.
