Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. The flow meter indicator is stuck at the bottom reading 0. The flow meter is not properly located
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation. REPAIR THE FLOW METER. RELOCATE THE FLOW METER 10 TIMES THE PIPE DIAMETER DOWNSTREAM FROM THE ELBOW OR OTHER TURBULENCE AND 5 TIMES THE PIPE DIAMETER UPSTREAM FROM THE ELBOW OR OTHER TURBULENCE
