Inspection Information

Facility Type: Spa

[?] Inspection Type: Follow-up

Inspection Date: 04-August-2023

Comments
THE CDC DOES NOT RECOMMEND CHLORINE LEVELS ABOUT 10ppm.

The chlorine is most likely higher than 38 ppm, as the test could not go higher. The operator noted that the spa is to be drained tomorrow. To avoid any potential chemical burns, strongly recommended closing the spa. Spoke with the management in the building as well.

Discussed re-calibrating the ACC and cleaning the probes, as the readings on the unit are not accurate.

The critical violation was corrected, so another re-inspection is not required. However, note repeat violations. Drain the spa and ensure the chemicals are within acceptable limits.
